When I set up Fitbit Versa I had a choice of clock faces and I chose the one I liked. Somehow it was changed and I want the one I originally had. Cannot get back into site that brings up clock faces. How do I change this?

Hello @Janrbush10 and a warm welcome. Clock face choices are in the app -- tap on your profile picture > Versa > there is a clock face tile > move the toggle to All Clocks. Is this the path you have been following? If so, what goes wrong? Please be specific. If the app crashes, what type of phone do you use?

You can change clock faces via your phone. Depending on your phone, the exact steps might be slightly different, but I made a video for how to change clock faces on Versa 2: https://youtu.be/vjc0OHIBUYU

The steps should be the same for Versa (except you tap on "Versa"). What step are you getting stuck at?

Unless you're dealing with the "Always-on" Display Mode (which you can refer to the video here: https://youtu.be/0-iEHodfVrg), I'd suggest calling Customer Support and they can walk you through the steps and figure out what's going wrong.
