@timon123 Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

Thank you for your question about how to change the language on your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the information provided.

Your Fitbit device uses the same language that you use for your Fitbit account, so if you have the app in English it should have changed already as explained on this article. I would recommend making sure you sync your watch after making any change to your Fitbit account.

If you are still having the same problem, please perform a restart to your Versa 2 by following these steps. You can also change the language of your phone to see if there is any change.

If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact us back at any time.

I can not change my watch back to English from Dutch.  It is english in App and in advanced settings in Nederland (Engels) but the watch still has everythin in Dutch.  I've restarted it and synced it multiple times.  Getting frustrated!!

@beccavandreNL Welcome to the Fitbit Community.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to change the language on your Fitbit Versa 2. Thank you for the information provided.

Could you please go to advanced settings and change from Netherlands (Engels) to an English-speaking country? Please also make sure to change the timezone to that same country.

If this doesn't help, please try changing it from the online Dashboard by following these steps.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

I have the same problem. My app is in Dutch and my Fitbit Versa 2 is in English. The language in settings is in Dutch and the device is synced. All the articles you've send, didn't include Versa 2 and weren't of any help. I just got mine yesterday and already found some things that are not clear and can't find information about. It would be great if you could help on this matter.

It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community @jlanssens.

The articles above actually apply to the Fitbit Versa 2 as well as to the other Fitbit products.

If you haven't done it already, you can perform a factory reset to your watch by following the next steps but keep in mind that your apps, stored data, personal information, credit and debit cards, and saved settings will be deleted from the watch:

On your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data.

Currently, there are no plans to release a food database for Belgium. However, if there is any change it will be communicated on this thread.

If necessary, you can find the product manual on this site.
