As @Guy_ has mentioned, sync your Fitbit device to see the correct time. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
On the other hand, please note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

When you fully charge or sync the watch to the phone the time sets itself.
If you press the button the time should show.
