I upgraded to versa 4 from versa 2 and didn't realize my Starbucks app wasn't available on new V4. I want to give old V2 away but that Starbucks app is still active on old watch. How do I delete from old watch?

Thanks...I did a factory reset on the versa 2 but it's stuck on red X saying data not cleared sync and try again. It's no longer active in my Fitbit app as the Versa 4 replaced it and I don't see that you can have multiple devices
