Hi, I suspect my problems relate to the fact you dont have active Versa 2 or 3 support here - you dont expect them still be living thisfar down the line! Bought my Versa 2 Christmas/Newyear at end of 2020, I retired on 31/12/2020 Gp practice management at 64+ to look after my very old Dad (now 98!).
Anyway, I have been happily using it until naybe 8-10 days ago, whenI was charging, but wasnt switching on, and I think it downloaded an update. Since then most things have still worked, but it has stopped counting my steps.
I'm guessing you would say I've got my monies worth!! 4.5 years!
I'm wondering if the google pixel watch, if that's what I get will still be used on the fitbit app, abd will it still capture my old fitbit information?

@Rosiesno1 Rechargeable batteries have a lifespan and your 4.5 years falls in the average range. The Pixel Watch uses the Fitbit app for its tracking -- that seems to be the whole reason Google bought Fitbit, so it didn't have to start from scratch.
If you haven't migrated from a Fitbit account to a Google account, please do this in advance. If you have a gear icon in the upper right of your Fitbit app, then tap on it, then Move Account and follow the prompts. You must migrate to a Google account to add a PW as a new device.
One thing to keep in mind is that a Pixel Watch needs daily charging. A new PW just doesn't have the 4-5 days of a Fitbit smartwatch.
