Versa 2 - screen stopped scrolling

Versa 2 will not let me scroll anymore. I have reset it but that didn't help. Tried to get customer support and can't seem to get anything from them. Help! Without scrolling this thing is just a fat watch.

It’s great to hear from you @stargater! Thank you for your efforts to solve the situation with your Versa 2 and its screen functionality.

I suggest you to do the following: 

  1. Sync the device in the Fitbit app.
  2. Charge The Fitbit device.
  3. Change the watch face via the Fitbit app (Make sure you select a watch face developed by Fitbit): How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
