How to delete Versa app messages

The messages on my app will not delete. I was told that after 30 days they disappear but I have some that are 54 days or more older. Please advise if there is a way to delete the messages.

I am glad to assist you with your concern about the app notifications. I would like to share with you that the notification center displays the most recent 100 notifications and the messages can't be deleted. This is the feature of the app and this is intended.

I understand about the notifications, I am specifically asking about the messages that are in my message portion of the app.  When do these go away ?  The messages that I have received from others in Fitbit ... do these delete at some point ?

Hi @ANT26, thank you for your reply. I am sorry for the delayed response. 

I appreciate the additional details. Messages are deleted automatically by the system, so it's not possible to manually delete these. If you have the time, you can vote for this suggestion about being able to delete them. While it is listed as Not Currently Planned you can still support the idea by voting for it. Be sure to read the FAQ to better understand how that board works.
