I appreciate the information that was shared in your post. Can you please expand a little bit more when you say unwanted messages? Are you trying to delete some notifications from your Versa 2? If such is the case, you can try a restart process following the next steps:

Your clarification is appreciated. As it turns out, the notifications from messages you received in the past cannot be deleted, this is intended. However, the input that we receive here in the Community Forums help us to evaluate our procedures to make sure that we are delivering what our users want and need.
