My Versa has been stuck at the logo screen for over 2 months and I have tried everything that support has suggested. The three-button hard factory reset of course didn't work and it never vibrated nor did anything other than was time. After trying many different button options I think I may have stumbled onto how to actually get this to work.
I did the three-button reset but once the device turned off (from the stuck logo) I released the bottom button, I waited a few seconds to ensure it didn't go back to the logo. While continuing to hold the left and top button I pressed the bottom button again until the logo reappeared. Held all the buttons (of course nothing happened) until the logo disappeared again, released the bottom button while dark, and then repeated the steps above. Basically, it seems that once you do this cycle a few times then once the logo is gone then you can successfully do the factory reset because the device actually vibrated.
