I've followed all the instructions to get the bitmoji clockface on my versa watch. Bitmoji and snapchat are linked. Fitbit app shows my bitmoji but my watch just says 'visit the clockface settings on your phone to connect your bitmoji via snapchat'. I keep trying but am told my watch is not connected.
Please help

I have the same problem and have tried everything! Uninstalled/Reinstalled the Fitbit app, restarted my phone, restarted my Fitbit. Charged the Fitbit then tried to install the clock again, but it still says that I need to connect Bitmoji. And according to my Snapchat Account, Fitbit is a connected app, and Bitmoji is fully connected. Any other suggestions?

Yeah, Fitbit is a connected app. I've tried deleting and re-adding it as well. When I go to add Fitbit to Snapchat, it will add then I select "Continue" which is a dead end...it does not go back to the Fitbit app, and I think that is where the failure is, but not sure how to fix it.

On the fitbit app I had to go into the settings it took me forever to figure it out.
Go into clock faces > then under 'my faces' (to the right of the screen) there should be 3 little dots that you click On > setting should come up, click on that then you should be able to sync your bitmoji. Hope this helps if you still needed it 🤞🏻

I finally managed it! Had to system update both my phone and Fitbit app. Feel stupid for not trying that in the first place

I kept having the same issue too.
Try signing in again and again.
Maybe it's the problem with your Versa - try resetting Bluetooth.
If anything, let me know.

I added the Bitmoji clock face on my Versa Lite and successfully connected my snapchat but the clock face has been "thinking" for over 20 minutes. The app says "preparing to teleport" and that it make take a long time, it says to keep the app running and the phone screen on but nothing is happening (your page says it takes 5 minutes) - Is this normal? How much longer should I wait/what else should I do?

I've got the same issues, spinning wheel. Tried everything suggested. Updated Fitbit app true the app store. Finally see some progress. App is connected with watch. Teleporting to smartwatch. It seemed stuck at 30%, but after 10 minuten progress went up.
