How to get apps to move

I followed the instructions in the Versa manual. But after tapping and holding the app icon, the watch simply moves in the direction I want the app to move, screen changes but the app icon stays behind. I had my husband try doing this as well, didn't work for him either. I really want the weather app to be connected to the top button on the right side of the watch, not the exercise app as it is now. If the weather isn't good, there will be no exercising 🙂  

I also checked the forum and the answer is the same as the manual. That isn't working any other way to do this? 

 

Anyone else have this issue?

joella, that's the only way to do it.  I remember having great difficulty making that work but finally got it.  I can only say keep trying. It certainly can be frustrating.
