Is there a way to gather support for  a  Windows application?

Hi @Steven1154.

 

The official channel for such things would be the feature suggestions board (here). There is a similar suggestion (here) that has been closed and set to "Not currently planned", so unfortunately I don't think your hopes of success are particularly high in this case.

@Steven1154   Fitbit has been moving away from computer support for years.  Mac users needed Fitbit Connect to set up and sync devices.  Fitbit abandoned Mac users before PC users.  The Fitbit app for Windows 10 hasn't been updated since 2019, since Microsoft ended all support for its phones in 2019.
