I accidentally factory reset my fitbit versa lite edition I met to just turn it off,now all I get is the blue dots that it,what do I do..

No problem, it may just be a matter of going to the Fitbit App, click on the Profile photo [top left] and then "+ Set up a Device" and install it again as for the first time.

@CarlaBrussels in your case you may need to remove the Bluetooth entry from your phone and remove the original device from the Fitbit account using the dustbin top right.
If you didn't do a factory reset but just a restart then you need only look for resolving syncing issues.

I pushed the button on the left of my Sense REALLY long until I saw a flash. Then things started to work again. I had already tried this may times, but not long enough, apparently.....
