How to remove app notifications

Is there a way to remove the app notifications on the list on the Fitbit app?
my bbc sports app has decided to stop working, I don’t know if it has anything to do with the fact I was i the USA when I set the Fitbit up and it worked there, now in back in the UK it has stopped working.  So I was thinking  if I can delete it, then when I get the next notification on my phone it hopefully will drop back into the list so I can turn it back on and it will work.

has anybody else had this problem

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for your efforts to get that app working again. Let me help you out with this! Currently we don't have the option to delete an app from the App notifications list, but we can give a try to the following steps:

1. On the Fitbit app, tap on your profile's icon > Versa's image > Notifications.
2. Then on App Notifications and turn off the BBC Sports app.
3. Remove your Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
4. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version and reboot your phone.
5. Open the Fitbit app and set the notifications one more time.
6. Turn the notifications for BBC Sports app and sync your Versa.

Let me know how everything goes.
