Hello. I just walked a 5k route with my versa one hand and cell phone in the other. My versa registered 2.5 miles and my phone 3.2 miles. I'm missing almost 1,000 steps. Any ideas? My Versa was restarted 2 days ago. Thank you!!

@MarnieW welcome to our Fitbit Community! By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'd like to follow up on the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it's not tracking your steps accurately. I appreciate the time spent trying the restart process before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you take a look at this help article, which explains how your watch tracks your data and tips to follow in order to have better accuracy. Also, visit this help page that explains how to wear your watch and have better results as well. After trying these tips, monitor your Versa's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am having the same issue!  I've noticed if I am carrying something my versa isnt tracking steps.  Right now there is almost a 3000 step difference for my step total for the day between my versa and my Samsung health app!
