How to reset

I broke my old phone which my Fitbit versa was connected to. I now have a new phone and my Fitbit says unlock with phone but I am unable to do this. Is there anyway I can factory reset my versa without using the actual watch, can I do it using my laptop? Please help and TIA

Hi @Lauryn1234632 your tracker is still connected to your Fitbit account, correct?

Do you have a replacement phone or access to any phone?

Simply download the Fitbit app and log into your fitbit account.

You now can change the pin and set the pin for fitbit pay only.

There is no reason to lock the complete tracker.

No, it has become disconnected. When I go onto the app there is no device connected to my phone, so I can not unlock it with my phone
