How to restart Versa

How do I turn off the Versa as I go to Settings from the watch screen but don't have "About" or Shut down options.  Having sync issues and can't change my watch face either anymore.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you would like to restart your device using its buttons, please follow the next steps:

1. For Fitbit Blaze, Fitbit Versa, and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
2. Let go of the buttons

I have a Versa 2 and I do t see a back or bottom button on the watch. I only have a side button

Thanks for your post. This is because the steps from my previous post are for Fitbit Versa and not Versa 2. Since you're using the Versa 2, please follow the next steps to perform a restart:

1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
2. Let go of the buttons.
3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
