How to set back Interval timer in exercise app

Went on the interval timer setting the day I got it swiped on the rest period got deleted & I don' know how to get it back on it annoying me!!

Hello there @Debell07, I was reading your post and I believe you are referring to the exercise shortcut in the exercise app for Interval timer.

In this case this exercise are controlled in your Dashboard settings. For more details, review this help article: How do I track intervals during my workout? Here you will find how to get back the option of interval timer.

Thank you but when I go on interval cue it won't open just comes up app not working!! So I can't get on it to try & get The rest period back on it that was deleted. The rest are working fine.

I am so happy you asked this question.   I didn't know that you could change the times and thought I had to buy a 3rd party app to do this.    I used it last night and worked perfect!!!!!   Another happy moment with my versa!

Are they ever going to fix the sync issue. I can’t adjust any custom stats or set custom times in the interval training. Every time it syncs it resets to factory stats and times. Why hasnt this been fixed. It’s an ongoing known issue according to these and other posts. It’s been since day one of the Versa.

I’m having the same issue. Every time I adjust my interval times and sync it resets to factory intervals. Please fix!!
