I just got my Versa on Saturday and can't figure out how to send a quick reply. It notifies me when I get a text but then my only 2 options are to "open" with a pic of a phone or "clear". Is that bc my phone isn't compatible? I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. Also, is there a way to see my activities, for other than just today, on the actual Versa? Thanks in advance!

No, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S6 and I'm referring to text messages.

@haily009 you need to preset quick replies in the Fitbit mobile app. I'm not sure which messaging app you're using but if the app doesn't support quick replies, you won't be able to use them. Try installing Android messages app on your phone, selecting this app as your text messaging app in the Versa Notification section of Fitbit mobile app, and testing replies.
ETA: Regarding activities, Versa will show last 3 recorded activities.

@haily009 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I would like to follow up and would like to know if you were able to set the Quick Replies on your Versa after following the suggestions and information that my friends @Rich_Laue and @Marrrmaduke shared.
Looking forward to your response!

I'm sorry I'm not too tech savvy 😞 So I need to DL an app for the texts in order to reply? Just receiving the text on my phone won't work? I noticed today that it gave me the option to send a quick response to a phone call. I thought that was odd. But my phone doesn't really run the way it should...my now 2.5 yr old daughter thought it should take a swim in the toilet about a yr ago! By the grace of God it didn't completely ruin it but it never has been quite the same haha!

@haily009 At least your phone survived the swimming lesson! Mine didn't. hah. As you know Versa can receive notifications from your phone. On your phone, in the Fitbit mobile app, you can select which applications will send notifications to your Versa. Some of these applications are configured to support quick replies from Versa, others are not. I asked you to download different text messaging app to figure out if this is a problem with your phone's stock messaging app (a stock app is the app that your phone came with). If your current app doesn't support quick replies, you will not see the option on your Versa. I am using Messages by Google (link in my previous post) and it works with quick replies. I would suggest testing if you have more success with this app.

So I downloaded the messaging app you recommended and it still didn't give me the option to send a quick reply 😞 And I'm not sure if you saw my comment earlier... today the versa gave me the option to send a quick reply to a missed call! But still not to a text 😞 I've got a really bad feeling it's bc of my phone acting up.
