I just got the versa lite Fitbit  and I can not figure out how to set up to receive text messages to it. And also when I connected my contacts only some are there not all

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa Lite are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hello Ricardo 

 
I have an iPhone XR. And I did try to follow the steps to troubleshooting but nothing I do get the odd Facebook notifications and when someone calls. It does ring to the Fitbit. Also how do I get all of my phone contacts on to the Fitbit? Only some are there. When you go to the community some come up that have Fitbit. And some that don’t have a Fitbit. But not all are there. 
The one thing I haven’t tried yet is to delete the Fitbit and start from the beginning.
