Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I saw a new feature to enable Versa to vibrate every one hour to remind time and activated the same. Now I feel its disturbing me and not able to find an option to switch it off. Can help is appreciated.

Note: I am NOT talking about the hourly move notification. I am talking about vibrate that happens every one hour.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @ilangos. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern on how to turn off the option of your Fitbit Versa to vibrate every one hour to remind time. Thank you for letting me know that you're not talking about the hourly move notifications, because you can find the steps to turn them off in this help article. Since this is not the case, I suggest checking your device settings:

Tap the Today tab User-added image, and tap your profile picture. Your device is listed at the top. Tap your device image to open your device settings, or scroll down for your account settings.

If this refers to the app you installed, you can find the information about how to manage apps here

I'll be around if you need further help!

Very often this is a clock face issue, clock faces such as SimpleClockPro have this feature [chime] and it is configured directly on the watch, or in the watch settings in the Fitbit App perhaps for others.

Mine seems pretty straight forward? In the phone app, click the gear. Then click your tracker. Reminders to move are right there?.
