my versa 2 is brand new, and it doesn't do anything. it shows me the Fitbit logo, but that's all it does, no clock face, the app says it's syncing but I've never seen anything on the screen except for the stupid logo, any ideas? or should I just get an apple watch 😭😭

Hello @gabby1998 

Try pushing in and holding the button on the left side of your Fitbit Versa 2  until the logo disappears then release the button. This will restart your Fitbit and hopefully get you up and running again. Please let me know if this helped. 😃 Happy Stepping!
