I have logged my complaint with fitbit help desk
They were helpful and forwarded me the necessary details.
My question is , why must I drive to a DHL branch to have my device sent to u. This is inconvenience for me as I have to drive an hour from where I live to a DHL branch.
If the package was booked with the courier services ,shouldn't they fetch the parcel from my door.

Hi @Naidoo1971 - Where are you located? Here in my part of the USA, there are DHL drop off boxes at many locations such as banks. You can also google the question - Does DHL offer package pick up? I hope you are able to find some thing more convenient.

Good Morning team
I thought i was all sorted with regards to returning my versa 2 which needed repairs.
I had problems with the clearance of the package.
The serial number was not on the commercial document that fitbit team has issued me, and therefore DHL on our side could not clear it . I need to start the whole process all over again and this is now stressing me out.
I am not receiving good service from the fitbit team in the Netherlands. I keep emailing them and they reply when the feel like. It's gone over 2 weeks since I requested a new waybill number and I also requested the serial number to be shown under description on the commercial invoice.
I got an email couple days ago asking me which email address i used when I purchased the device. This information was already given to the team the first time .
I replied to that email the next day as we been through a disaster and all our lines were down. Our president has declared our Province a National State of Disaster . Thankfully some of us are safe. But continue to have water and electricity shortages.
Back to my complaint.
Can someone please advise me on this
I need to send my device as soon as possible.
I am very active.
I have my device linked to Discovery health were I get points on my activities.
I have a target to reach yearly .
Ever since my device stopped working, I'm getting no points .
If this is the service I am going to receive in the future then I will definitely stop investing in the fitbit versa .
Disappointed 😞
