I just got a Versa 4 and am not sure how to effectively track my workouts. I do fitness/Hiit workouts in a heated environment. The calories burned is significantly lower than my old Samsung Gear. What should I track as, I used Hiit and aerobics.
The calorie burn will be based on your heart rate, which ever category you use. If the heat raises your heart rate, that will show up as increased calorie burn.
