My versa 2 keeps losing the Bluetooth connection to the app. I have an android phone.
I have followed all the help tips - turning off Bluetooth on my phone, force stop the app, unpair the versa from the phone and account etc, but it still happens every couple of days. I don't want to be going through all these steps every time it disconnects. It happens at different times of day.
Is there a permanent fix for this or a known issue with the versa 2?

I suggest you try to restart your Versa 2 by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds, you can try to restart your phone too.
