Hey @Newkiemom, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! The Starbucks app is only available in the United Kingdom, United States and Canada. To load your Starbucks card into the app:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap or click the Account icon User-added image
  2. Tap or click Apps.
  3. Tap or click the gear icon User-added imagenext to Starbucks Card. You may need to scroll down to find the app.
  4. Add your Starbucks gift card or Starbucks Rewards program number.
  5. Sync your watch to see your card in the Starbucks app User-added image
  6. To make a purchase, open the Starbucks app on your watch and hold the watch face near the reader.

To remove your Starbucks card from the app:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap or click the Account icon
  2. Tap or click Apps.
  3. Tap or click the gear iconUser-added imagenext to Starbucks Card. You may need to scroll down to find the app.
  4. Tap to click your card number.
  5. Tap or click the X to the right of your number.
  6. After your number turns gray, tap or click Save.

Visit https://www.starbucks.com/ or use the Starbucks mobile app to register your card, check your card balance, view rewards, or reload your card.

I've followed the steps multiple times but it is not working.  I get to the place where I enter the number, and then when I hit save it just takes me back to the prior screen without saving.  I've restarted the phone and synched, but the problem seems to be at the point of "save".  Any advice?

Hey @kka206, it is great to see new member around!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for trying the instructions that I posted above. Besides them, If you haven't, I'd like you to try to reinstall Starbucks watch app and re-enter the Starbucks Card number.

Let me know if that works!

Thanks, everyone, but it turned out that I had a defective Versa, and
that's why it did not work. All is well now - no need to respond.

I tap acct. There is no "apps" app settings doesn't work. Account settings doesn't work.  I'm guessing that Starbucks is not available on my versa 2.

At step 4: I don't know my Starbucks Card Number. I use the Android starbucks app. When I click on manage my card, I just see "My Card (1314)" not a full card number. That can't be right... How do I get the card# from the app - or from my account online?

I have an apple, but I went to the app- opened my account and then went to account ID and added that number into the fit bit app and it synced

Hope that helps

Within your Starbucks mobile app, your card number is listed under your account settings as "Account ID." The last 4 digits should match the card number you mentioned in your comment.

Thanks. I didn't see that card in the list so I just got a new card and use
it. But in fact using the card from the watch is very awkward so I end up
not using it much. It's great for setting vibrating alarms, physio
measurements, etc... But not for scanning barcodes.
