I need to get a new mobile and id really like to get one that is actually compatible with the fitbit but the ones that are listed are £100's of pounds 

for an anyone know if the Huawei p smart 2020 is a compatible phone?  

I'm so sick of contacting fitbit customer service and being told that the reason for any problems is that fact that my phone isn't a compatible device

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices List. You can see which one's are.
