I'm having difficulties installing clock faces-Versa

About half the time i get a "no internet" error, even though i definately have internet. And when the app face actually starts installing, why does it take MINUTES to install?  The versa is decent so far, but these issues are annoying to deal with.  

 

Also, is there a way to increase the sensitivity of the screen wake up?  I basically have to pretend im throwing a curveball to get the screen to wake up, when it should be a slight flick of my wrist.  And yes, i have rebooted it several times.

There is no "Sensitivity" setting for screen wake.

I've this problem when switching clock faces too... It seems many users don't have it, but we are a certain number of people concerned by it.
