I've had FITBIT Charger (3of them) with in the first year of the charger I had to replace it twice due to the band kept separating from the clock part. now since my 50th birthday I changed to a Versa and with in the first month it just blanked out on me so they just sent me another one Now a year later it blanked out again. But first before it blanked out every time I put in on the charger it would be 25% left on the battery and usually it would be at 80 or 75% at the end of the day when I get off work to go home and put it on charger. Now it's completely black.... What to do now???? I want to get an APPLE WATCH..... BUT NOT SURE IF I'LL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THEM ALSO. SO PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP WITH MY VERSA???

I had the same issue(blacking out) not responding. A nice guy walked me through the reset.
Hold the button in until you see the Fitbit logo. Will take a minute. Once it appears release the button and shortly the click face will come up. He explained that the watch is always powered on. Sometimes it blacks and needs a reset. Hope this helps. Be safe out there! Stay healthy!!
