I might need a replacement?

So I bought a Fitbit Versa about a month ago, expecting to track my exercise and own a really cool smartwatch. But now my Fitbit has been a real pain; resetting by itself 10-15 times a day, really affecting me exercise and waking me up often from the vibration it gives, not recording my heart rate on some occasions and not being synced in with my time when I'm at school. I got it for 269.99 NZD and I don't think I could get a refund from the store. Do you think I might get a replacement watch as my Versa might be faulty and not doing the job it should.

(ps: I have factory reset it about 3 times)
