How can I add missing icons back on my watch?   So simple yet not!

Hi @areacode650 - it would help to know which icons you want to add, but if it is an app, have a look in the Gallery tile of the Fitbit App and see if they are installed but not showing on the watch.

 

It may be a matter of reinstalling them. You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They can help you with a factory reset if necessary but there are risks that it might kill the watch and unless it is under warranty it may not be worth taking the risk if the issue is not too important.

I attempted to try everything and anything. What I did was uninstall a couple of icons and voila the icons that disappeared reappeared!    Im not going to rearrange the icons on my watch bc that’s what made

them disappear in the first place.
Strange but I’ll take it!    Now i

can continue enjoying my Sunday!
