I am a proud owner of the Fitbit Versa 1 and I cant wait until the release of Fitbit OS 4.0! Just so Fitbit has some ideas of what we want in this next update I am making this post with some ideas!
1. Compatibility - Please make Fitbit OS 4.0 available for the Versa 1, Versa Lite, and Versa 2, since these are fairly new devices and I know many people who own the Fitbit Versa 1 waiting for Fitbit 4.0 just like me. The Ionic also deserves the next Fitbit OS but it is the oldest of the smartwatch bunch so who knows what may happen.
2. Multiple Watch Faces - We are all waiting for the amazing ability to have multiple watch faces on our Versa and Ionic. Having multiple watch faces on one watch will allow us to be prepared for any situation whether exercising and want a easy-to-read fitness watch face, or in the office wanting a simple, analog watch face to look cool and fancy. The Versa 1, Versa 2, and the Ionic all have 2.5 GB of storage which is plenty enough for multiple watch faces and more.
3. Button Customization - How awesome would it be to be able to customize the three buttons of the Versa 1 and the Ionic or the single button on the Versa Lite and the Versa 2 to do anything we want! Open an installed application, change the watch face, open music, and so much more. This would be an amazing feature and would be greatly appreciated.
4. More Apps! - Now we all love the ability to install apps and use them on our Fitbit smartwatches but we are very limited! How awesome would it be to install an app that can post exercises for us? or having Amazon Music, Spotify, or YouTube Music right on your wrist! Mabye even email, Google Hangouts, or Wechat! These are all long awaited apps and would bring so much more popularity to Fitbit if we had them.
5. IOS Text Reply - This is a big deal. There are many IOS users out there waiting for the feature to use their Versa or Ionic to reply to texts! Android users already have this ability but know its our turn to get this feature! I am also a proud owner of apple devices and am waiting for this feature like so many others!
END! that was it! If at least one of these requests were added it would be amazing and my prayers would be answered but imagine all 5! Thank you for making such amazing products Fitbit and hopefully we some some of these features in the upcoming Fitbit OS! 😄
