Hi I have had a Fitbit versa 2 for about 2 months and I’ve never been able to receive text messages or iMessages through my Fitbit. I have tried everything, hard reset, deleting the app and reinstalling, updates etc I’ve also checked that the share system notifications is on. Any ideas ? Is it a software issue that can’t be fixed ?

Sounds like you may have an iOS phone @Rhysc25 

Have you checked the notification panel's permisions for fitbit. This comes up a lot on these forums.

The Fitbit app can run in the background?

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

 

You may want to edit the title to include the type of phone, this would help in getting a usable response, or I can move to the iOS or android board. You may also want to look at those boards for help.
