I really like the look of my Fitbit Versa...it is lightweight and looks nice. It is easy to use. But......it rarely connects to my phone (that I wear while running/walking). And then when it does, the mileage is not accurate, nor is the minutes/mile. Even if I get it to connect it is a good minute to two minutes off. I run with a friend who sets their watch and mine is way slower. Plus, the mileage for what I know the exact different will be anywhere from half a mile to several miles off. Again, IF it connects, it will often just disconnect undetected to me. I am very frustrated with this watch and it seems like a glorified pedometer and sleep monitor. It works great for those features.
I just want to find out why it isn't working the way it should.
