I have a versa special edition and for the second time now my steps on watch is fine but not accurate on phone app...why? It blows my goal challenges out of wack 😤. Why?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with your step count being incorrect on the phone app. I understand that it affects your challenges and recommend doing the following:
1. Restart your app and the phone.
2. Manually sync your watch: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?
If the issue persists, please confirm if this issue affects your steps tile or your step total on your challenges?
