Inaccurate workouts tracking

My versa will not track my workouts. I manually put on tracking for my daily hike and Pilates, but it doesn’t record onto the app-but does properly track steps. I tried manually putting in my Pilates workout via the app, and it doesn’t change my exercise time for the day or calorie burn.

Hello @Kaityduke are you manually start in the tracking through the Versa?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Kaityduke. It's nice to see you around @Rich_Laue .I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue you're experiencing with tracking your workouts. Your device automatically recognizes and records high-movement activities—such as walk, run, or swim—at least 15 minutes long through the SmartTrack feature. You can select which activities your device tracks automatically from the list of options. For more information, please see here

I appreciate your efforts and the information that you tried to manually log your Pilates workout. If you're doing at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity, it should be counted for your exercise goal

Upon checking with our support team, I was told that you have already contacted them and that they

were able to help you.

@Rich_Laue thank you for your support!

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
