My Versa says unlock from phone. When I checked the app, it hasnt updated since July 4th. When I checked to make sure the app was up to date, it was updated 3 days ago on July 4th. I accidentally deleted the device from my account on the website, so now I have to relink it to my app. When I try to setup a new device, it asks for the code on the device, but when the code is supposed to pop up, it pops up unlock from phone. What do I do now??

This happens when the code has been put in wrong to many times.. The solution is to go to your Fitbit app and simply change the security code. This takes less than 30 seconds but requires the tracker to be connected to a Fitbit account. It is a multi-step process to remove a tracker. Not something that can accidentally be done.
We now need to reset the tracker.
Fitbit OS hardware reset.
On the watch, hold all three buttons for about twelve seconds. This will trigger the 2-button hardware restart after about eight seconds.
- When the Fitbit logo appears, then disappears, release the bottom right button, whilst continuing to hold the left and top right buttons until you feel a strong vibration. This indicates the factory reset was initiated.
- This process may take several seconds, and eventually, the Fitbit logo appears and the device boots and displays go to Fitbit.com/setup.
- If you fail to release the bottom right button in time or otherwise don't follow the procedure precisely, the Fitbit logo reappears quickly and boots without factory reset.

I will try this. I was on the website, and under the Pay, it had a link to remove this device from the account. I thought that was removing the Pay, I didn't realize it would remove the versa from my app. So it was 1 click and oops, that wasn't the right thing to do. But I will try and see if I can get it reset. Thank you

The top right button doesn't feel like it's moving. I push all 3, and let go of the bottom right when the logo appears to, but never get the strong vibration. Not sure what to do since I tried it about 4-5 times, and always the same roboot, but not factory reset.
