Incoming call notification keeps on showing

I am using Fitbit versa with my Google Pixel 2 XL device. Whenever I get an incoming call, I get notification on my phone and Fitbit but even if I pickup the call, the notification keeps on showing on Fitbit versa until I reject the call from Fitbit. Is this normal?

No, its not, but I think it is to do with your phone, which is not a Supported Device. Try restarting your Versa several times and uninstall the app on your phone and reinstall and log back in. Let us know how you go
