My versa was able to connect to my WiFi at home until last Tuesday, July 2nd. I have Charter / Spectrum as my network provider. My router is set to correct ghz. My Samsung Galaxy S7 is up-to-date on software and is connected to the WiFi without any issues. We have other phones, laptops and an xBox connecting to the WiFi as well without any issues.
I unpaired this versa and added my brand new versa (which was a gift and was set up in June 2019 using the WiFi without any issues) and I wasn't able to connect to WiFi with that Versa either.
I have tried all of the troubleshooting recommendations and still nothing. The mobile app keeps saying WiFi is out of reach, it doesn't bring it up right away or at all and won't connect just spools, or it will start spinning and the list of available WiFis will blink and disappear. I have been close to the router with both my phone and Versa(s) to see if that helps and nothing.
I would prefer to be abe to utilzie the WiFi for firmware updates / set-up in case I need to reset my Versa since it takes forever and a day to do it through Bluetooth.
Any ideas of what else I can try?
Please advise.

Points to remember
Versa needs to be charging for WiFi to be turned on
Once setup the phone is out of the loop for WiFi. Updating app should not have any affect on WiFi.
If it was me I would restart the versa and restart the WiFi.
If the restarts do not fix it then I would use the phone, connected to the same WiFi, and do a WiFi setup.

First thing we want to do is connect your phone to this WiFi.
Now put the Versa into its charger and plug the charger in.

My phone is already connected to this Wifi so what else needs to be done to restasblish the connection between my Versa and the Wifi?
