I have been trying to figure this out for a few weeks now and have not made any progress. I got my versa about a month ago and it has been a great product. However, after about a week, I stopped receiving incoming text message notifications. I still get notifications for email, calender reminders, incoming calls, and outgoing text messages. Yes, whenever I respond to a text message, I receive the message I send out as a new text notification, however, I do not receive incoming text mesaages. I've tried disabling notifications, restarting my phone, and then enabling notifications; restarting the fitbit; using a different fitbit; ensuring my notification preferences are set up correctly; and checking to ensure that my device is compatable with the versa. The versa is the only bluetooth device connected to my phone. Does anyone have an insight as to what is happening?

Which type of phone do you have? If it is a Samsung product this seems to be an issue for many.

I do have a samsung phone. I am using a Galaxy Note 9. I was originally receiving text message notifications, however, after about a week of use, I stopped receiving incoming text message notification.

Ive had the same issue since I got mine like 6 months ago. It is completely hit or miss when I get any notifications in general. Somedays its amazing and then it will go a week of nothingness. Yes I check to make sure theyre enabled as well. I have an Lg

UPDATE: The notification of incoming text messages started working about a week ago. I don't know if there was an update sometime then but I did nothing to resolve this. It resolved itself after about a month.
