I don't have any alarm saved, but my Versa 2 vibrates really strong every morning with a message "Stand up" (in french 'debout')

Could it be that you have an alarm set up in Alexa? (these are separate from the fitbit alarms)

I don't think so. I, too, have a Versa 2 and have had the update a couple of days. I've not had this problem, nor have I seen any other posts reporting it.
I just verified my Alexa's alarm and I don't have any alarm scheduled...
