Where do I start. Had my Fitbit Versa 1 week. I am currently in rehab mode & not walking hills. Most days are showing I have walked 10 floors. Went for a 6 km bike ride in bike setting & showed 16 minutes of activity. I actually rode for 23 minutes no calories & no distance. My park run showed 300m short. I did not cheat!!!! Today I swam 40 laps in a 25m pool. Did not stop or delay or change strokes mid lane - showed 27 laps - Not happy Jan. My previous watch (another brand) was always reliable I am bitterly disappointed with my new purchase.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Kayewill. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your experience with the Fitbit Versa which you've had for 1 week. I understand your concern regarding the accuracy of your watch when tracking your exercises. Thank you for sharing the additional details. I recommend checking the following help article with the information about tracking exercises: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? and about the accuracy of Fitbit devices: How accurate are Fitbit devices?

I am sorry to hear about your disappointment, your feedback and comments are greatly appreciated. If you feel that this product isn't the right fit for you, I recommend contacting Customer Support if the device was purchased directly from fitbit.com. If you've purchased from a retailer, you'll need to return your product directly to the retailer and follow their return process.

I'll be around if you need further assistance.
