My Fitbit has been out of battery for a week and when I have charged it again the time and date were wrong. I have turned it off and on again then synced i have changed the timezone to a random one then back again but it still isn't changing. I went for a walk this morning and that has synced wrong aswell. How do I fix it?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time that's configured there with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa 2 it should display the time that’s configured on your phone.
