@Shrouq Welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Congratulations for purchasing the new Fitbit Versa 2. I'm sorry to hear that your heart rate readings are not accurate.
When running on a treadmill it is recommended to avoid holding the treadmill bars but swing the arms as on a regular walk. If you continue having the same problem, to improve the accuracy of your heart rate, please follow the instructions on this article.
In addition, you can perform a restart to your watch.
If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact us back at any time.

Thanks for your reply..
When I used the Elliptical it was perfect.. so I believe what you said it correct I should not hold the bars ..
I will try it again many times before final judgement.
Regards
Shrouq
