Incorrect time Versa

For the last few weeks my Versa has been playing up! If I let the battery die once it is fully charged the time is completely wrong. I have made sure the time zone is correct, I also tried to do a reset on the device but I can be sat there for ages holding the buttons down and it won’t do anything. Last night I decided to shut it down to see if that would reset the time but it took me until this morning to get it to turn back on!

The time and date are gotten from your sync device at each sync.

If you let the battery die completely, I would expect the time to be off.  Once it gets charged, it should get the time and date from you phone or other sync device each time it syncs.  Have you tried manually forcing a sync?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Simply turning the tracker off/on should not correct the time.

Some say that they set the timezone through their web based settings, then synced through the phone worked.

Some have said that setting the timezone wrong, sync, set the correct timezone, and sync again has worked for them.
