Have you synced your fitbit since charging? It should reset the time every time it syncs.

Opening the app should trigger a sync and dragging down in the app should also start a sync.
If you select your profile picture in the app it will show when it last synced.

Which watch face do you use? If I use a "non standard" watch face (downloaded) my Versa 2 runs behind a couple of minutes...

I am having the same problem. Currently 4 and a half hours behind . Tried a sync and changing timezones and the clock face. Nothing has worked.
