I have noticed that when I have ridden indoors for at least 15 miles my versa two will show the heart rate data.( I enter the time and miles manually.) Today I rode 11.5 miles, it said “not enough data available” or something like that. Is there a minimum amount of miles before heart rate is viewable? Thanks

@eaploog I see from your previous posts that you use an iPhone. There are reports in the iOS forum describing your issue. Some users are saying that the times in the app recording don't agree with the actual time of the exercise. There are many reports of weird behavior.
Fitbit seems to be aware. Seems to be a bug in the current app version. If your description fits this thread, you should follow the progress there.

Thank you for responding. I checked that thread and I’m not sure if my issue is iPhone related. It could be. As far as you know, there is no minimum mileage required before the heart rate data is shown? I ask this because I noticed on things like running or outdoor cycling there is a minimum. Outdoor cycling one has to ride for at least 70 minutes. I didn’t know if the manual entries of activity also have a minimum. Which would explain why my previous indoor rides all registered the heart rate but this one, which was shorter, did not.

I can't say that your issue is iOS related, but the way your adding your mileage must be done through the Fitbit app on the iOS phone and has nothing to do with the tracker.

What do you mean minimum 70 minutes riding outdoors for heart rate data? I get heart rate date from the start. No minimum time.
