I keep getting an install error when trying to add a new clock face.
I found this: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Versa-Smartwatches/Guide-Solving-the-dreaded-application-insta...
But that didn't seem to help.
The watch still works. It just looks ugly (default)
Any thoughts or suggestions

I tried that and it didn't work. I can only change the clock face with those that I already have saved. When I try to download a new face for the holidays it won't download and change. It appears it is trying to change it as my Fitbit Versa 2 reboots itself but when it comes back up it still is the same face I had previously. The new face shows under my clock faces but appears it needs to be downloaded.

I got it to work.
Factory reset the Fitbit
On the old Fitbit profile I was able to add a watch face (no watch face was available before)
Then set my Fitbit back up
It still goes on about it can't download anything but now it's got the clock face I want selected.

I got the solution for this. Try rebooting your mobile app and fitbit device. Then put your fitbit device in charger and then try installing. Make sure to connect to wifi while installing.
Thanks
