I have had the Versa for a few weeks. When I am on an iPhone call streaming to my Starkey hearing aids, there is clicking every few seconds. Occasionally, the sound cuts out completely and the iPhone transfers the call to the iPhone ear speaker, from which I cannot hear enough to understand. Eventually, the iPhone transfers the call back to the Starkey hearing aids. This cycle will happen every few minutes.
I reached out to the local office of the hearing aid company. They have heard of fitness trackers interring with the streaming of phone calls.
Is this a known issue? Is there anything within settings that can be done?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention and for sharing your experience. Please note that we have not received reports of interference caused by the Versa when using other Bluetooth devices but I appreciate you have taken the time to share your detailed feedback.
