Internet permission

No matter what i do my versa 2 keeps saying 'this app requires the 'internet' permission to be granted'

I have checked my permissions on my phone and tried other advice, ive reset my watch to factory settings and nothing works! Help pleaseeeee x

Please try changing the current clock face to a different one by following these steps How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?. The steps are done through the Fitbit app, do not worry if you cannot see anything on the screen for this process.
